Centrally located, yet quiet, you got the village of Mallnitz, the Alpine Pearl "Hohe Tauern" National Park at your feet. 

Your run on the 25km cross-country skiing tracks starts right behind the house and for hikes and bike rides you only need to step out of the door. The indoor swimming pool and sauna (free of charge during the official opening hours in winter) are in the immediate vicinity. An even closer bus stop lets you reach the skiing resort "Angkogel" in only 10 minutes by public transport. And the "Mölltaler Glacier", at a distance of about 20km, will provide you with skiing slopes nearly all year round.
